Greenhero is a combined food tracker, coach, and community that makes it easy for consumers to transition into and maintain a plant-based forward lifestyle. I founded the company in 2020 and have since been involved in everything from its definition, design, management and fundraising. Greenhero is launching to the AppStore in December 2021.
GREENHERO
WeWork is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the world with $1.53B revenue in 2019, and operations in 77 cities and 23 countries. While still a young company, their operations remain mainly manual. Last fall I was leading research and design to automate the sales funnel for medium and large businesses, with MVP testing of a “solution finder” that will save the company several million dollars in operational overhead a year when implemented.
WEWORK
Sesame Health is a startup with one simple mission: transforming the broken health care system in the United States. From its launch in 2018, it offers a platform that gives people without health insurance access to more than +100 healthcare providers in over 25 specialties. For this project I led product research and definition – developing the customer facing website, and the provider management tool. I ran workshops, did research and designed the user experience.
SESAME HEALTH
Uproad is a startup created by Kapsch, the global leader in tolling technology, and EZ-Pass the commercial brand of the state owned tolling agencies in the North East of the United States. Launched in 2019 – Uproad exists to solve drivers mobility needs, creating a new digital experience for tolling and (soon) parking without the hassle of physical transponders or maps. For this project I lead the opportunity assessment, product research, strategy and definition. I directed the user experience and design of the app, while managing the relationship with the partner.
UPROAD
HomeGoods is a discount home furnishing retailer with 718 stores throughout the United States. It is part of the TJX umbrella that includes: TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, etc. that together generated $38.9B of revenues in 2018. With a strong in-store experience, commonly referred to as “the hunt”, Prolific was tasked to drive even more traffic to the stores improving the existing app experience, alerting users when there was new products for them in store. For this project I was the design lead running workshops, doing research, designing the UX and UI.
HOMEGOODS
Fluent City is a language startup founded in 2011, teaching 11 languages, both in-person and online. In early 2015 it re-branded itself and expanded its product portfolio with 3 new verticals (Interior Design, Culture, Food&Bev) of immersive in-person and online experiences. With cross-functional responsibilities, both strategic and tactical – I led the design of the new product verticals, UX and design of the responsive website, and development of Fluent City’s proprietary language books, among others.

MEDMEME
Medmeme (now Pharmaspectra) is a medical science company that provides the pharmaceutical industry, including the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world, with insights to help them quantify and analyze medical data to get stronger outcomes for their products. At Medmeme I was responsible for research and design of (now) Delta, an analytical enterprise product, that when launched doubled company’s YOY revenue and was coined “a game-changer” by clients.
EACH/ONE
Each/one was an art startup with a mission to bring emerging artists to a broader audience at an affordable price. With its base in New York City it partnered with galleries, curators, and artists across the Americans and Europe making exclusive editions available online. As one of the founders of Each/One I headed design and led the production of the e-commerce website, its printer partner portal, managed a +10 people cross-functional team, and established partnerships with +40 curators, galleries and artists.
ZARA
Zara is one of the biggest fashion retailers in the world with $13B in revenue in 2018, and 2,220 stores in 88 countries. In 2009 it made the decision to expand their business with their first ever online store that went on to generate $20MM the first year of its operation. This was a huge undertaking and required the participation and buy in of multiple departments including technology, logistics, design, executive leadership, etc. For this project I led UX, design, and creative direction of photography. The design and technology behind the website later came to support other Inditex brands such as Zara Home and Uterque.
Loewe is a Spanish luxury fashion house established in 1846 specializing in leather goods. With a yearly revenue of $341MM, and 160 stores in 32 countries, it is one of the leading luxury brands in the world. For this project I led UX and design of their first online store.
