I’m Rikard, a design leader with 20 years of experience — in-house, at agencies, and as a business owner. I work both as an individual collaborator and as a director, leading and managing projects and teams.

I’m passionate to find refreshing ways to deliver products that connect with people in a meaningful way.

I currently run Greenhero, a studio that helps companies strengthen their internal sustainability operations and build digital products for both organizations and consumers. Our work combines strategy, design, and real-world implementation.
